The device conveys the boxes with hinge type flattop chain which is
connected directly with the reducer to drive running of flattop
chain. Its function is to put empty boxes into the machine, after
loading the bottles, them output the boxes from the machine.
According to the numbers of encasement, then to convey the empty
boxes into the machine in groups , the empty boxes will be stopped
in the loading position to wait for loading bottles, the boxes with
bottles will be delivered out from machine rapidly. The stop time
for loading bottles and the entire work processes are controlled by
start , stop and change speed of the PLC motor.
Description of palletizer :
- Robot is popularly used in palletizing due to its flexibility,
compact footprint, long arm stretch, etc.;
- Applicable for carton, film wrapped product, pail, woven bag, and
other easy-palletizable products;
- Robot brand (ABB,Kuka,etc.) selected upon customer’s preference,
gripper customizable upon product details.
Characteristics:
(1) According to the set program and the products in place signal
of the production line, the robot pick the products automatically
from the production line.
(2) The PLC controls the whole system including signal exchange of
the robot,products in place signal,beats position signal and other
logical relations.

1. Installation
After equipment reached the workshop of customer, We will arrange
seasoned technician for equipment installation, debug and test
production and at the same time make the equipment reach the rated
producing capacity of the line. Time for installation and debug is
around 15-25 days.
2. Training
Our company offers technology training to customer. The content of
training covers structure and maintenance of equipment, control and
operation of equipment. Training will be arranged in the workshop
of customer. Seasoned technician will guide and establish training
outline. After training, the technician of buyer could master the
operation and maintenance, could adjust the process and treat
different failures.
